  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 firm bananas
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 baked pie shells
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Directions

    Cook pineapple, sugar and flour until thick; cool.

    Slice bananas and place in bottom of crusts.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle nuts over bananas and pour pineapple mixture over nuts.

    Whip the cream and stir in coconut.

    Spread over pies and chill at least 2 hours.
