  • 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 6 to 8 maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter.

    Press into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Slice bananas over crumbs.

    Pour sweetened condensed milk over bananas.

    Spoon drained crushed pineapple over all.

    Cover with container of Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with small can coconut.

    Then sprinkle chopped nuts over coconut. Decorate with 6 to 8 maraschino cherries. Refrigerate for several hours.
