  • 2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatine
  • 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. whipped topping
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Combine pineapple, sugar and salt; cook 10 minutes.

    Let cool. Mix gelatine and hot water together.

    Let cool until syrupy, then combine with pineapple mixture.

    Mix whipped topping as directed on package.

    Cream the cheese and mix whipped topping.

    Mix everything together and chill.
