- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add next 3 ingredients and beat 2 minutes.

3Add egg and softened butter.

4Then add one more cup of flour and beat until smooth.

5Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins.

6Let rise until double, 50 to 60 minutes.

7Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
