- 1 lb. venison steaks
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 to 3 green peppers
- 1/2 to 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- sauce *
Directions

1Cut steaks in 1-inch cubes.

2Flour and brown in hot margarine. Add water and salt.

3Simmer until tender.

4Cut peppers in 1-inch squares.

5Boil 10 minutes and drain.

6Add peppers and pineapple to meat.

7Pour sauce over meat mixture.

8Simmer 5 minutes.

9Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
