- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. shoestring potatoes or chow mein noodles
Directions

1Heat butterscotch chips and butter in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

2Add pecans and shoestring potatoes or chow mein noodles.

3Stir well.

4Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.

5Place in refrigerator to harden.

6Keep in covered container.
