  • 1 lb. pinto beans
  • salt to taste
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • salsa
  • lettuce, shredded or torn in small pieces
  • cheese
  • 2 chopped onions
  • water to cover beans
  • olives, sliced
  • sour cream (if desired)

Directions

    Clean dry beans.

    Cook in Dutch oven or crock-pot.

    Add 1 onion and salt.

    Cook until beans are tender.

    Mash beans.
