- 8 ounces process American cheese (shredded)
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 23 cup flour
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup hazelnuts, toasted and finely ground
- 2 -4 dashes hot pepper sauce (to taste)
- 12 lb hazelnuts (whole, shelled)
Directions

1Blend the first 6 ingredients together and form small balls (or bits!

3Press a whole hazelnut into the center of each ball sealing it inside.

4Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
