- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. chopped nuts
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1/3 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Grease 5 (3 1/2-inch) muffin pans or 12 (2 1/2-inch) cups. In large cooking bowl, stir the flour, 2/3 cup nuts, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2In medium mixing bowl, combine the egg, milk and oil.

3Add egg mixture all at once to dry mixture.

4Stir just until moist.

5Put into muffin pan.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

7Remove and cool.

8Can be frosted if you want.
