Ingredients
- 2 clove diced garlic
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs,chopped small
- 2 1/2 cup wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 cup water
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 celery stalk, sliced very thin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 can chicken broth
Directions

1Heat olive oil in a pot and add diced chicken.

2Sprinkle onion powder over chicken.

3Stir chicken around occasionally, browning it lightly.

4Add diced garlic and 1/2 can of broth.

5Let simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes to infuse chicken with garlic.

6Stir occasionally.

7Add the remaining broth,salt,pepper, (and carrots and celery if desired).

8Let boil on medium for 5 minutes.

9Add water and bring back to a boil, stir well.

10Once its boiling, add egg noodles and turn down heat to a medium-low simmer.

11Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until noodles are done.

12This soup paired with garlic bread is wonderful, and will help kick a cold quicker.
