  • 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 1 c. unbleached flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Sift flours with baking soda and salt. Mix liquid ingredients in separate bowl. Pour into dry ingredients. Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
