  • 1 1/2 c raisins
  • 1 c water
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda, dissolved in
  • 1 c buttermilk
  • 1 c All-Bran
  • 1 c oatmeal
  • 1 c whole wheat flour

Directions

    Bring raisins and water to a boil; boil for a few minutes, then cool.

    Beat together eggs, sugar and salt.

    Add raisins and water mixture and soda in buttermilk to egg mixture.

    Stir in All-Bran, oatmeal and flour.

    Put in greased pan.

    Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
