- 1 1/2 c raisins
- 1 c water
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda, dissolved in
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c All-Bran
- 1 c oatmeal
- 1 c whole wheat flour
Directions

1Bring raisins and water to a boil; boil for a few minutes, then cool.

2Beat together eggs, sugar and salt.

3Add raisins and water mixture and soda in buttermilk to egg mixture.

4Stir in All-Bran, oatmeal and flour.

5Put in greased pan.

6Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
