  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. graham flour
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. All-Bran
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. buttermilk

    Boil raisins in water for five minutes, then cool.

    Combine this mixture with the other ingredients that have been thoroughly mixed together.
