Ingredients
- 4 lb. white or whole wheat flour
- 6 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. quick yeast
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Sift flour into large bowl.

3Add salt, water and yeast.

4Stir until flour is thoroughly mixed.

5If dough seems too thick, add more water.

6Turn out dough on floured board and knead, adding more flour, if necessary.

7When dough becomes rubbery and doesn't stick to hands and board too easily, put back into bowl and brush with oil.

8Let rise until double in size.

9Work down and let rise again.

10It is now ready to make into rolls, bread or cinnamon rolls.

11Makes about 4 large loaves.
