- 1 can LeSueur peas
- 1 can white Shoepeg corn
- 1 c. celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Drain all cans of vegetables well.

2Mix the first 6 ingredients in bowl.

3Bring oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to a boil; pour over ingredients.

4Place in refrigerator overnight.
