Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (12 ounce) can white corn
- 14 cup chopped cilantro
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 medium purple onion, chopped
- 3 -4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 large lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Drain and rinse black beans and white corn.

2Place in large mixing bowl.

3Add cilantro, green pepper, onion, tomatoes and jalapeno.

4Blend well.

5Drizzle canola oil and lime juice over the top of mixture.

6Add salt and garlic powder.

7Mix well.

8Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

9Serve with baked tortilla chips.
