  • 1 c. bran flakes
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3/4 c. sugar or honey
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water

Directions
