Ingredients
- 5 cup Regular oats
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped mixed nuts
- 3/4 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 cup Honey
- 225 grams Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Brown sugar
Directions

1Switch oven onto 150F C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and spray with spray and cook.

2In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients, except for the cinnamon and sugar.

3In a small pot heat the honey, sugar milk and butter.

4Once sugar is dissolved add cinnamon.

5Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well.

6Press down into cookie tray with back of spoon or your hand.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 150 C. Cool slightly and slice into squares.

8Wait for them to be completely cold before removing from tray.

9Store in airtight cookie jar
