Ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1 Tbsp. orange peel
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Set aside 1 cup white flour.

2Mix remaining flours, nuts, yeast, peel and salt.

3Heat milk, honey and oil to 125° to 130°; do not boil.

4Stir into dry ingredients.

5Add enough dry flour reserved to make dough workable. Knead about 8 minutes.

6Cover and let rise 10 minutes.

7Divide and form into 6 balls and place 3 into each pan that is greased.

8Cover and let rise, 30 to 45 minutes.

9Bake at 375°

10for 45 minutes.

11Cover loaves with foil last 15 minutes.

12Makes 2 loaves.
