- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

2In large bowl, mix applesauce, eggs and grated carrots.
