- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 3 small fresh tomatoes
- 2 or 3 sprigs cilantro
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Saute turkey, onion and bell pepper in a skillet that has been sprayed with Pam.

2Peel tomatoes, chop and add to turkey mixture along with cilantro and chili powder.

3Stir, add bouillon cubes and water.

4Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
