- 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons honey
- pepper
- parsley minced
Directions

1Combine 2 cups of milk, 2 cups of corn, and 2 TBS honey in blender. Add sea salt and pepper to taste. Blend on medium speed for 1 minute.

2In a mixing bowl, combine remaining cup of corn kernels with the corn puree.

3Transfer to a soup pot and heat on stove on medium for 5 minutes.

4Garnish with minced parsley.
