  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Reduced Or Fat-Free Cheese, Shredded (Swiss, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, Etc.)
  • 1/4 cups Onion, Diced
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat.

    Once its crisply, remove it from the skillet onto a plate.

    Once its cooled a bit, crumble it.

    Separate the eggs whites and put them in a bowl with the two whole eggs.

    Add the cheese, bacon, salt and pepper into the eggs and mix to combine.

    Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat at medium-high heat.
