  • 2 c. very soft fat-free vanilla ice cream (with added sugar or without)
  • 2 c. fat-free skim milk
  • 1 c. egg substitute, thawed if frozen
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 2 tsp. rum extract
  • nutmeg (optional)
  • cinnamon (optional)

Directions

    Whisk all ingredients, except nutmeg and cinnamon, together. Ladle into small cups. Sprinkle nutmeg and/or cinnamon on top. Makes 10 half-cup servings.
