  • 1 lb trout fillet
  • 12 cup white flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 lemon

Directions

    Heat oil in skillet.

    Add salt and pepper to flour and mix.

    Rinse trout and dip into beaten egg.

    Cover filets with flour and shake off excess.

    Add filets to pan, skin side down and fry 12 minutes.

    Flip and fry an additional 12 minutes.

    Serve with 1/4 lemon wedge.
