- 1 lb trout fillet
- 12 cup white flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 lemon
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add salt and pepper to flour and mix.

3Rinse trout and dip into beaten egg.

4Cover filets with flour and shake off excess.

5Add filets to pan, skin side down and fry 12 minutes.

6Flip and fry an additional 12 minutes.

7Serve with 1/4 lemon wedge.
