- 2 lb. lean stew beef (7-bone roast), all fat trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 c. cooking sherry
Directions

1Put stew beef (or 7-bone roast) into a casserole.

2Do not brown as it will brown during cooking.

3Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

4Cover casserole.

5Bake at 325° for 3 hours. Serve over rice.

6Meat will be fork- tender and have a luscious brown gravy.
