- 1 lg. red apple (braeburn are my favorite)
- 1 lg. Granny Smith apple
- 2 md. oranges
- 1 to 2 cup purple grapes
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

1Cube the apples into 3/4 inch cubes.

2Peel the orange and cut each segment into 3 pieces.

3Rinse the grapes and cut each in half (you really don't have to cut each in half but it makes them smaller and easier to eat).

4Add the yogurt and walnuts and carefully stir everything together.

5Eat it and enjoy a guilt-free dessert!
