- 12 cup pumpkin seeds
- 14 cup wheat bran
- 12 dried cranberries
- 12 cup light maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1Preheat oven to 300.

3If it seems to dry, add more maple syrup.
