  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk solids
  • 1 1/2 c. Wheat Chex cereal, crushed
  • 1 c. Rice Chex cereal, crushed

Directions

    Combine peanut butter, honey, dry milk and Wheat Chex crumbs. Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Roll into Rice Chex crumbs.

    Press 1 Rice Chex crumb into each ball. Cover.

    Chill until firm.

    Makes about 30.
