- 1/4 cups Nacho Cheese, Warm
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

1I know this will sound silly to post this here, but i was so excited about my finding... that I have to share...

2Celery is crunchy, and pretty much tasteless... so it goes perfectly with pretty much anything!

4Wash the celery, cut it up any size you want.

5Spread on a plate.

6Warm up the cheese for about 45 seconds, pour over celery evenly.

7Enjoy.

8I promise you, you will feel as if you ate nachos and you have just saved yourself 500 calories worth of chips.

9Celery is the only negative calorie food, which mean you actually burn more calories eating it, than there is in it.

10haha Nacho cheese has 80 calories per 1/4 cups.

13I have made this with canned chicken breast with the celery and its absolutely delicious.
