  • 1 cup mashed or canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup apple sauce (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour (I use teff)
  • 1/3 cup oat bran
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp all spice
  • 1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips (optional, but HIGHLY recommended)
