Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bunch broccli
  • 1 carrots
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup favorite orange juice (I like orange pineapple)
  • 1 apple
  • bunch spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 water as needed
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • dash fresh ginger
  • 2 oranges

    Add all the ingredients in a blender, I prefer the Ninja!

    You can honestly use any fruit and vegetable, but I have learned pineapple, my favorite fruit, doesn't go very well in these types of drinks.

    Everything else is to your liking.
