  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • extra milk

    Mash the banana.

    Place everything in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and stir continuously for a couple of minutes (the more you stir the creamier the porridge).
