- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 cloves diced garlic
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
- 5 Tbsp. tamari
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3 c. cooked millet
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
Directions

1Saute everything except millet and tahini for 5 minutes or until tender.

2Add to grain and add tahini.

3To cook millet, toast in a pan and dry.

4Add 3 3/4 cups boiling water and simmer.

5Lower to low heat, cover and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Millet is a grain found in health food stores.
