Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey or super lean ground beef
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 3 to 4 large carrots, sliced thin
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion (preferably green onions)
Directions

1Cook meat in large pot.

2Add rice, bouillon (dissolved in hot water) and seasoned salt and stir.

3Add cabbage, onions and carrots.

4Cover and cook slowly until cabbage cooks down and carrots are tender.

5Can be simmered for an hour and left unattended.

6Serve with soy sauce, if desired.

7Serves 4 to 6.
