- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. All-Bran
- 1 c. oatmeal (regular or quick; not instant)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. skim milk or more
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix whole wheat flour with baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon.

2Soak All-Bran and oatmeal with milk.

3A small amount more of milk may be needed to improve consistency.

4Mix egg whites, oil and vanilla.

5Combine all ingredients; stir just enough to moisten.

6Fold in raisins.

7Pour batter evenly into muffin pans.

8Coat muffin pans lightly with vegetable oil spray such as Pam.
