  • 6 tablespoons butter unsalted 50/50 smart balance /
  • 2 tablespoons cannellini beans cooked, pureed
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters or similar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips optional, I prefer 60% Ghirardelli

    1. Melt butter and chocolate over a double boiler or in microwave.

    3. Stir in sugar, then egg, than vanilla

    4. Stir in flour and salt

    5. Stir in chips

    6. pour and spread evenly into 8x8 pan sprayed with cooking spray (preferably butter flavor)

    7. Bake at 325 for about 40 minutes, until a knife comes out clean in the center.
