  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream (optional for topping)

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, allspice, nutmeg, and salt with fork. Blend in eggs, salad oil, and vanilla. Fold in apples, raisins and pecans. The dough will be very stiff. Spread dough into greased and floured oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. 12 Servings.
