Hearty Fruit Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 (29 oz.) can unsweetened pears
  • 1 (29 oz.) can unsweetened peaches
  • 1 c. unsweetened pineapple tidbits
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice (ground)
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Drain fruits and reserve 1 1/2 cups of juices.

    Cut fruit in chunks.

    Combine all ingredients (except fruit) and bring to boil in the reserved juice, then simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add fruits. Serve hot or cold.
