  • dehydrated onion flakes to taste
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. tomato juice

    Beat all ingredients in a deep bowl with a fork.

    Pour into heated, nonstick frypan.

    Brown on one side; turn carefully and brown the other side.
