- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 firm bananas
- 1/4 lb. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Melt butter in a skillet.

2Peel the bananas and slice each one lengthwise.

3Brown quickly over high heat.

4Place half of banana slices on bottom of a buttered pie plate.

5Cream the cheese until soft.

6Add sugar and cinnamon, beating until light and smooth. Spread half of mixture on bananas.

7Place the remaining bananas on top, then spread with remainder of the cream cheese mixture. Pour cream on top.

8Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until almost all of the cream is absorbed and top is lightly brown.

9(Do not allow all of the cream to be absorbed or will be too dry.)
