- 1 1/2 c. croutons
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place carrots in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Stir in croutons and cheese.

3Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.

4Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes or until brown.
