  • 4 c. cooked, diced carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. croutons
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. half and half
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place carrots in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Stir in croutons and cheese.

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.

    Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes or until brown.
