  • 2 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 eggs, unbeaten
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. whipping cream

    Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.

    Combine first 3 ingredients and 1/2 tablespoon lemon peel.
