  • 1 large strawberry jello
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 beaten egg whites
  • pecan halves

Directions

    Mix jello with 2 cups boiling water and sugar.

    Stir together and put in freezer until slightly jelled.

    Then mix with mixer until it turns pink.

    Then mix Cool Whip and beaten egg whites in a bowl with spoon until completely mixed.

    Mix Cool Whip and egg whites to jello mixture.

    Mix well with spoon, then add drained pineapple.

    Mix all together until light pink.

    Pinch angel food cake in pieces and layer in bottom of pan, then pour half of mixture over cake.

    Put another layer of cake and pour remaining mixture over cake.

    Top with pecan halves.

    Refrigerate overnight.
