  • 2 lb. haddock fillets
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put fish in baking dish.

    Cover with butter, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Mix soup and sour cream together. Cover fish with this mixture. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
