- 2 lb. haddock fillets
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put fish in baking dish.

2Cover with butter, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

3Mix soup and sour cream together. Cover fish with this mixture. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
