  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 20 broken Ritz crackers
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar and flavoring.

    Fold in broken Ritz crackers and nuts.

    Pour into a greased and floured pie pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

    Can be served with whipped cream on top.
