Ingredients: 2 c. cooked, drained rice; 1 medium jar maraschino cherries, chopped (save juice for other uses); 1 medium bowl whipped cream; 1 small pkg. small marshmallows; 1 small can drained, crushed pineapple; few drops red food coloring

1 medium jar maraschino cherries, chopped (save juice for other uses)
1 medium bowl whipped cream
1 small pkg. small marshmallows
1 small can drained, crushed pineapple
few drops red food coloring

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients; add a few drops of red food coloring to make it a tint of pink.

Place in a bowl with a lid or long dish and refrigerate.
