- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz. nondairy topping
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut flakes
Directions

1Follow directions for mixing cake, using 3 egg whites.

2Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake.

3After cake has cooled, punch holes in top of cake and pour can of cream of coconut over top.

4Then pour can of sweetened condensed milk over top of cake. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

5Spread nondairy topping evenly over cake.

6Sprinkle on coconut flakes.

7Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
