- 2 peeled apples, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. low-fat granola with raisins
- nonfat vanilla or plain yogurt
- slices of fresh papaya or mangoes and dried cherries or cranberries (optional)
Directions

1Spray a saute pan with nonstick cooking spray lightly.

2Brown banana; add orange juice, apples and optional fruit.

3Continue cooking on medium heat until apples are softened and orange juice is reduced.

4Spoon over yogurt and sprinkle with granola.
