- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions

1Trim fat from meet and cut into thin strips.

2In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and pepper.

3Add beef strips, cover and let marinade for 1 hour.

4Drain marinade into separate container.

5Cook beef in frying pan.

6Add garlic and brown, adding butter if juice is evaporated.

7Pour marinade into pan and cook on high heat for 1 minute.

8Serve immediately with rice.
